I picture rich old ppl saying it. Like when phoebe met Mike's parents in friends and she had that fake rich person accent and was like "where do we supper?" But that's cause I've never heard anyone say it irl lol so I picture like rich old ladies at the Kentucky derby wearing big hats

I think the first time I saw the word supper was in the book Where the Wild Things Are. At least I think it was that. I always pictured as a child it was a soup with a lot of pepper, and other spices in it.

I've got ground pork, leftover mashed potatoes, some rice, various beans, and no creativity. What do I do?

I was thinking tacos but that doesn't go with the potatoes

 

In my humble opinion if you have rice with your dish it's gonna be a good dish.

Honestly my fav meal is rice & chicken. Any sauce/seasoning will do. preferably teriyaki.

 

You could probably just mix it all together and make some kind of hash/stew. I don't know how, but that's the first thing I thought of after seeing what you had.

 

I'll make chili! Problem solved.

The recipe I followed ended up being more of a very onion-heavy stew. Not bad though

 

I went to make some of that no-bake strawberry cheesecake stuff and just realized I have no butter. Wtf.

Do I drive around the corner to the Circle K and see if they have butter (they should?) or just ignore it and be less fat. Hmm.

went to alumni weekend at my old university this past weekend and they had free breakfast. I had bad hash browns (unseasoned and soggy) for the first time in my life. they were awful. I couldn't even eat them.
