As a big instant ramen fan, I will be seeking out all of these for sure. Also I still need to get over to Ichiran at some point.

Sean seems to be all about asian culture. I feel like almost all of the recent Sean of the Wild's has to do with asian food haha

I had pieology today and it was pretty bomb.

I had herb butter, red sauce and mozzarella as my base.

My veggies were spinach, cilantro, bellpeppers and jalapeno.

my meats were bacon, spicy sausage, spicy chicken and pepperoni.

    SO GOOD.

Any of ya'll reverse sear a steak in the oven? Did a couple ribeye's last night for the first time and I will NEVER cook a steak any other way from here on...

It's definitely good, but I think i'm partial to the grill.

I prefer to pan roast and baste with lots of butter. I've tried it a few times, but essentially get the same results.I think the pan roasting and basting results in a better flavor. There's certainly less room for error when you cook it that way though. It's 100% easier to roast in the oven on low with a thermometer and then sear it for a minute. Now, to sous vide a steak and then sear... that's a different story.

you can still do it on a grill, by the way.
