They did quite well, I gotta really lower the heat on it next time, I had it on medium I thought, guess I gotta go lower than that.

do that or pound them so that they're thin and that way the breading won't burn before the inside is cooked! :ok:

I had the Impossible Burger at Hopdoddy. It was good and really did taste like meat. Downsides were I felt weird eating it, like it was too close, and it cost $14 without fries

When I cooked chicken, I was always worried about the inside being undercooked while the outside would look perfect or even overdone. Always seemed to be pink inside

Oh well never got salmonella and don't have to worry about it now

If you want to boost that egg a little do this marinated egg recipe. It’s fantastic.

I’m looking to make something awesome this weekend but not sure what. I’ve been wanting to try red beans and rice, or I have some chicken thighs in the freezer. Any other suggestions?

Be kind; everyone is on their own journey.

Gochujang...my new favorite condiment. Sriracha has an older sophisticated better looking cousin that deserves to be put on everything!

I'm thinking about switching to a 6S, but a camera would be ideal for this... just don't know if I want to spend that money, if my food is even worth it, or if I'll stick with it that long. I need new plates too. Improving my plating would be a big help too.

God all the pastry episodes of chefs table were so good. Especially the Will Goldfarb episode, a dessert only restaurant would be so awesome to visit.

Corn tortillas can sometimes fall apart easily. I think it’s fairly common to double up on corn tortillas, but I could be wrong.
