Poached eggs are the best eggs! Glad to see that you're experimenting! Poaching an egg means you can put it on so many things from a potato hash to a salad with arugula and parmigiano to a burger etc etc

I had the veggie burger from BK recently and they straight up microwave them and they're always gross. The edges are always hard and u can barely bite thru them so I never go

But recently my dad wanted to go and the veggie burger was strangely decent by BK standards

 

Did not know they had that and it frightens me. But glad it's an option I guess

i've had good experiences and bad at BK but I am just there for the nuggets which are always good.

 

It's just a Morningstar farms patty. I think BK is gross mostly but it's nice to have the option when someone picks it for lunch I guess.

 

I've mentioned it in the past, but my favorite egg is the Ramen Egg. Get some water boiling, drop some white vinegar in there, and get an egg and stick a thumb tack in the fat end to make a hole. Drop the egg in for 6 min. 30 sec. and you have the perfect runny yolk to hard boiled whites for putting on ramen. The vinegar and hole in the egg shell make peeling super fast.

 

@Ken emergency! I pan fried chicken cutlets but the outside cooked too quick and it's not cooked on the inside. I can put them in the oven and save them right??
