Never heard of it, but have had similar sandwiches. Looks slammin!

 

basically a club with a poached egg on it? I think there's so many combinations of a sandwich like this that would be fantastic. The other one I think would be good would be a BLT with smashed avocado and poached egg... you could eat it for breakfast haha.

I will say tho that accidentally getting a squishy grape is the woooorst. Firm grapes = heaven but soggy grapes = worst ever

Super high smoke point, might be the highest...so I used it in my wok for a stir fry, and it just tainted the flavor of everything. Best test for oil flavor is a scrambled egg...veg, olive, there's virtually no taste difference, with avocado oil, it literally is all you taste.

 

I highly recommend cutting left over pizza up into little cubes and scrambling it with eggs the next morning...little extra cheese, chalula, and green onions on top.

 

Where do you live? Dutch bros is great...line moves fast and typically a barista will step out with an ipad and take orders for cars in line. Can even pay them before getting up to the window...

 

I can't go to my favorite Chinese place because like when the guy sees me he knows my order instantly and I hate that so much
