I don't understand food. Yesterday in my fitness pal I logged in pad thai and pizza and it told me if i continued to eat that way every day I'd lose like over 10 pounds. But then today I logged in a ton of fresh veggies and stuff, and it said if I ate this way every day I'd lose like 5 pounds. Granted I think I suck at figuring out quantities of things but if I'll lose more weight eating pad thai and pizza I choose that diet!!

 

Yeah that's not right

 

I think where it goes wrong is that it doesn't have stuff from local restaurants in their system so I have to try and choose a close equivalent to log in when I have no idea if it's even comparable and it throws things off. I mostly use it to monitor my vitamins/nutrients tho so the pizza and pad thai diet wouldn't cut it but I wanna live in a world where it does!!

 

Cooked off 150lb of corned beef this past week at the restaurant I work at. It's my first time actually making corned beef and it came out pretty damn good.

Also ugly delicous is great and everyone in here should definitely watch it.

 

I’m definitely going ham on some shepherd’s pie on Saturday. I wanna try making it. So simple yet there’s so many ways to go about it.

 

Ok I resent my fitness pal cause it says I ate too much sugar already today but it's sugar from fruit like u can pry fruit from my cold cold dead sugar filled hands, back off!!!

 

I just got this sudden urge for a funnel cake and I'm sad I can't get one.

I feel like I’m the only person who doesn’t like an Irish boiled dinner. My mother-in-law is from Ireland and makes it every year for St. Patrick’s Day and everybody goes nuts for it and I have to load up on salt and pepper just to slightly enjoy it. I don’t understand it

 

What all is it?

 

Just corned beef brisket, cabbage, potatoes, and carrots all boiled in the same pot, maybe with some spices thrown in

 

i’d probably like that.
