Just watched the first ep. Def into it.

I'm taking a road trip in April. 1000000% stopping in New Haven for some pizza.

 

I decided to spice up my ramen this morning and I added egg to it.

That's a gamechanger folks(for me)

 

the report back is it was ok.

 

The supplier for our bananas I guess had a flood or something happened there so we can't get very many cases of bananas daily.

We ran out today so my boss told me and a co-worker to go buy like 7 cases from walmart and that was weird.

 

Salisbury steak tonight. Hell yeah. I'm sure some people might roll their eyes and think school lunch or microwave dinner, but it can be so much more than that when prepared the right way.

It's a keto dinner haha. Burger patty, pan seared, reserved, then sauteed mushrooms, onions, and garlic in that same pan, deglaze with some wine and stock. Boom! Delicious.

 

I'm sure @Justice Beaver would approve

that bread looks awesome and so is homemade pasta. I hope you have room for a 3rd.

 

We can make it work! Funny enough we live in a very small apartment with the shittiest kitchen imaginable. What little counter space we have is made worse by cabinets that are so low you can't fit most wine bottles under them. Blender or other tall kitchen tool? Forget it. Planning on cooking for a lot more people more often once we move in a couple months and I don't have to put the dish rack on the floor to make room for a mixing bowl.

 

I've posted this in here before, but I'm making it again today so I'm posting it again. It's just too damn good. And so easy. I can't stress enough the importance of using good american cheese though. I get mine from a local cheese store but just getting some from your grocer's deli would be good too. Just do nottttt use Kraft singles.

I just gotta say I've been really into making like grilled/baked chicken sandwiches lately and they are sooo goood.

I made a grilled cheese and sweet potato fries. Tomorrow I'm supposed to try this pho place in Washington that has veggie friendly pho.
