What do you use to make the broth?

 

Sesame oil, fresh garlic, fresh ginger, soy sauce, Marsala or sherry, and stock. Salt/pepper as I think it needs it.

Sometimes, I'll add a little chili or red pepper for some bite to it.

just got pho that comes with a bag of raw flank and you put it on the broth and the broth cooks it. pretty pretty pretttyyyy pretty good
