    This sounds amazing and it's really well put together. If I was to completely indulge myself, I'd go with - Surf & Turf Tower with Garlic Bread and Tuna Potato Skins to share. Hard to pass up the sandwiches, but I'd have to go for an entree. I'd get the Steak Frites and pick the hanger steak w/ a side of brussels. I'd totally have no room for dessert, but would get a piece of the cheesecake to go.

    Awesome stuff man!

    I really enjoy all types of cuisines. But if I was to create a menu, I'd want to go with something that would work along side a craft beer bar/gastropub/brewpub. That way I could pick and choose from different types of cuisines that I feel would pair well with craft beer. Sooooo....

    Great choices! I have a place by my house that makes cheesesteak egg rolls, so at home I've started experimenting taking my favorite sandwiches and turning them into eggrolls. They're phenomenal.

    And yeah, I LOVE spice. I know not everyone does, so it's good to have that sweet note in there to help tame it down a bit.
