There's no date or time that we've set. I'm just curious to see how many are actually on board. I'll probably have mine done this afternoon.

I'm gonna try but might not know exactly what ingredients pair best with each other since this is based on menu memory, might cheat and look at recipes

 

35 items on your menu. No rules. Can include drinks, appetizers, raw bar items, desserts, entrees, tapas, whatever you want.

Some of my items are straight up from other restaurants. I guess I'm a cheater.

Yeah, I PM'd Ken my menu and he just copy/pasted it and is claiming it as his own. I'm such a good guy that I'm gonna let him have it and just write a whole new one.

I briefly considering doing four separate menus for all the different seasons, but I didn't want to be too extra.

Oh man this one would require some serious thinking.

 

I'm on day 2 haha. About 22 items so far.

 

My problem would be too much mixing of cuisines. I’d want a little of everything because I legit love basically everything.
