I’m not sure what my items would be, but I feel that the central concept would revolve around different levels of spicy. Throwing ghost pepper flakes on my burger the other day was a great idea.

 

35 total items. arrange the menu however you want. do it.

 

I'd probably do 6-8 apps, 3 salad options, 3 seafood options, 3 red meat options, 2 pasta options, 3 dessert options.

Or 3 apps, 3 entrees, 2 desserts and change the menu on a daily basis.

I always wanted to make a menu that had 10 items and only used 10 ingredients (not including essentials like salt/pepper, oil, etc). I’m realizing now this would probably be best for like a pop up or special menu or something. Not enough variety for a full time menu
