I've been sick for almost the entire month of November and I'm at the point where I am so congested I can't taste anything. It's torture. I just want to taste again!

 

Breaded or naked wings?

I'd typically say naked, but all the reviews for this place say that breaded is where it's at, so I'm tempted.

 

I've never had good breaded wings.

 

Always been my dream.

But, alas, I'm poor.

 

Start saving. I'm worried our concepts would conflict though. Maybe not. Maybe it'd be the greatest fusion restaurant in history.

 

Yeah, I'm not sure how it would work.
But maybe that tension would lead to us hating each other but making the greatest food ever.

Classic, refined, italian/french/southeast asian/mexican street food/fine dining.

I want a raw bar, a no limits raw bar or at least 5. We can limit to 10 starters and 10 mains though. Or is that too many? Desserts I'm less enthusiastic about, but would still be down for. 10 or 5 cocktails? 5 desserts?

 

Haha, shit. I mean I could probably come up with 10. I was thinking like maybe 6 starters, 8 mains.

I don't care much for dessert either so we could just focus on the starters and mains and then dessert and cocktails can just be thrown in?

 

I'm having a raw bar. So let me craft that menu please. 6 regular starters and 8 mains sounds great though. I'll get into cocktails and desserts. 5 desserts. Not sure about the limit on drinks though.

 

You can have your raw bar. If I also get a wildcard thing.

And I'm only serving bourbon and if you don't like it you can go elsewhere.
