I made Salisbury steak last night. Was pretty good. Just some ground beef, and a little gravy with the fat left in the pan and some red wine, sherry, chicken stock, garlic, shallot, thyme, dijon. Would definitely make again.

 

Although, looking up recipes online... apparently what I made was not traditional salisbury steak? There's a food network recipe that has ketchup in it. wtf. Lots of recipes with ketchup. That's disgusting.

What other pizza company was ingenious enough to use, not just mozzarella but, meunster cheese in their cheese blend. You know what meunster cheese brings to the party? It makes the cheese more elastic so when you pull of a slice it's like you're eating CARTOON PIZZA!

 

Sorry, @Justice Beaver but I think you're crazy for liking Little Caesar's so much.

Finally some fucking sense in this place.

 

like I ain't expecting some high quality pizza for $5.

It's cheap and it does its job the one time I get it every few months.

I mostly only get it as a side meal with my hot wings.

 

The little Caesars here is pretty generous with donations to nonprofits which I enjoy. Domino's is too actually. they donate a lot of pizzas to us and it's awesome

 

Little caesars is good cheap pizza to eat when you’re drunk. Outside of that context it’s almost as bad as papa johns

 

So... I tried making fried mozzarella. I probably won't eat it for a whiiiile now. I'm a terrible chef and should never be trusted with anything and all I do is ruin things for myself.

 

Omg I made tasteless fried mush and I even tried to add more seasonings and salvage it and it's just not meant to be.

 

If any of you ever see me post that I'm gonna cook something that's not grilled cheese or Alfredo pls stop me. I need u to talk me out of it.
