It's incorporated into the dough. You dehydrate the mushrooms and grind them into a powder to incorporate into the dough.

 

@Justice Beaver idk if you already knew this, but you can throw stuff in quote bubbles with generic [QU0TE] [/QU0TE] tags, may help clean up OP clutter if you throw each menu in it's own quote box

This sounds fantastic. Pasta making is something I need to dive into. I'm hoping for a kitchen aid mixer for Christmas so I can add the pasta attachment (it'll never happen).

 

Making pasta isn't as hard as it seems. Likes a little time consuming at first but once you get it down it's a lot of fun.

 

Yeah. I tried it without a pasta machine one time. Not so fun. It seems simple once the technique is down.

 

i'll be making a kc bbq/ specialty pizza / Boulevard brewery inspired menu here later tonight when I get home

I actually have a great concept and name for a restaurant/bar, but I would need a chef to help with the recipes. It would be breakfast sandwiches mostly.

 

Ravioli is especially fun just because you can throw whatever you want in them.

3 entrees

2 vegan items

2 soups

2 sushi rolls

1 appetizer

2 desserts

 

I thought about doing a sushi section but it didn't really fit the theme of my menu.

 

My concept is how I traveled Europe and maintained eating kosher, I think. Which, as you can imagine, was difficult af

 

I think I have 2 or 3 items that y'all are gonna laugh at lol
