It's the quintessential Thanksgiving food, I was voting in the context of the holiday unlike some people
I spoiler tagged it. I don't like pumpkin pie, I don't like pumpkin flavored anything. just not for me. give me a homemade apple, or any pecan or cherry pie and I'm good. also my wife makes something called millionaire pie and I love it.
Ranking best to worst: 1. Mashed potatoes 2. Mac and cheese 3. Sweet potatoes 4. Cranberry sauce 5. Corn 6. Scalloped potatoes 7. Stuffing 8. Brussels sprouts 9. Green beans 10. Listening to my uncle talk about 9/11 again 11. Buttered noodles
I respect this vote and the stuffing vote to some extent because you don't eat those things outside of thanksgiving. I don't like stuffing, but cranberry sauce is not bad
I will say, my top three in no order is probably stuffing, Brussel sprouts and bacon, and Mac and cheese. Tough call for me.
Now I'm picturing your entire family eating an extravagant meal on their best china while you eat Easy Mac from the cup, it checks out
Though I get the holiday argument let's not pretend like year round mashed potatoes are the same quality as thanksgiving mashed potatoes They're both excellent but one is clearly superior
I didn't think we'd be at odds so soon @Ken. Come to my place next week and I'll change your opinion about stuffing. I mean that in the sexiest way possible.
