in the event of a tie, there will be a final 24 hour poll between just stuffing and mashed potatoes on the big day itself. what a time to be alive.
I wanna know @electro haikus top 5 Thanksgiving food items rn. No boundaries. Tell me the good shit. I'm not calling out either (too much). I'll give mine too.
See, if this thread was just best side I would probably vote mashed potatoes because I love mashed potatoes. But this is specifically Thanksgiving side. I don't ever have stuffing outside of Thanksgiving, so it has to win.
Stuffing and potatos, that's it!? Jesus Where's the passion? Do you even use salt? Maybe you're just not being descriptive.
well i like plenty, but a lot of the sides (veggies etc) are holiday agnostic and i eat all the time. my aunt's stuffing is made from scratch with venison sausage. the mashed potatoes and gravy are homemade, with the gravy being made by the meat from my uncle's hunts.
All are welcome at the Beaver family Thanksgiving. I'll get card tables and folding chairs if I need to.
1 - Sweet potatoes 2 - Mac and cheese 3 - Rolls 4 - Baked potato casserole 5 - Stuffing (apparently I'm the only one in my family who calls it stuffing because we don't cook it in the turkey; they call it dressing. Had an argument about it at my birthday dinner last night)
Dressing is what you put on salads You're right Chase, this is the first and only time I'll say that Happy Thanksgiving
