I don't even mind the jiffy, it just reminds me of childhood when my mom would make chilli (which I actually do dislike) and I didn't wanna eat it and she'd be like "eat it with the cornbread. It will make it better!" And now I kinda resent cornbread lol. But cornbread just isn't much of a thing here. I can't imagine a context where I'd even have the opportunity to eat good cornbread. Its too regional!!
