I made smashed chicken burgers last night. My first time making chicken burgers in nearly a decade. These were unbelievably good. Jalapeño, shallot, garlic, grated cheddar, parsley, and cilantro in the patties. Topped with cheddar cheese, radish, lime dijonnaise, and a salad of avocado, Boston lettuce, and lime vinaigrette.
Seriously wtf. Insane.
