I made smashed chicken burgers last night. My first time making chicken or turkey burgers in nearly a decade. These were unbelievably good. Jalapeño, shallot, garlic, grated cheddar, parsley, and cilantro in the patties. Topped with cheddar cheese, radish, lime dijonnaise, and a salad of avocado, Boston lettuce, and lime vinaigrette.

Breakfast for dinner today. Egg white omelette with crab, onion, arugula, poblano pepper, four cheese blend, Old Bay, and habanero hot sauce. I sautéed the vegetables in ghee.
