Haha yeah very late. I wanted to try it a few times over the last decade but my ex hated Panera so we never ordered from there
I made this and it was incredible. The only subs / changes I made: - Subbed 1 can of full fat coconut milk for light. Still seemed to work fine and cut a lot of calories and fat out. - The chickpeas that were reserved, I baked at 400 for like 20 minutes to crisp them up. - Topped with mint and cilantro. - Veggie stock instead of chicken (both were listed as options) to remain vegetarian (not vegan I did use yogurt). - Not a sub or change but clarifying I used Kale (a few greens were listed). Made this flat bread to go with it Easy Soft Flatbread Recipe (No Yeast) Thanks for bringing to my attention.
The Panera graveyard is a big one. I'm still mourning the chicken caesar sandwich like 10 years later.
Panera used to be great but hard agree on it going downhill. Used to enjoy the Caesar with a cup of French onion soup. I miss the days when they were just a chain bagel spot. I remember when Panera opened in my hometown and it was a huge deal. The cinnamon sugar bagel popped off. The gingerbread bagel that had around the holidays was great too
Since that recession is about to drop, here's a pretty bomb recipe that uses canned tuna I've been doing recently. Hits the ceviche vibes but easy to make at home on a budget: Spicy Tuna and Avocado Tostadas Recipe
thanks for sharing - Ill be trying. I work from home and eat tuna like 3 days a week. It makes for a quick lunch and I do all kinds of different things with it. Tuna tuna bb
Followed a recipe for some kimchi, hopefully it turns out good. I don't have a cool place to let it ferment before refrigerating so instead of 6 days going to taste it after 3. I moved it to a dark place after the photo because apparently that's important. I just have to burp the kimchi each day. I love kimchi so if this turns out good I'll be super happy lol
Best pasta sauce I’ve ever made. Cooked roughly 7 hours, added some beyond Italian sausage for the last 30 minutes or so.
hey we developed/produced these bars in ~6 months and they’re so delicious and I’m very proud of them! they’re a bit pricey but they’re sooo good.
