Ojingeo bokkeum with seaweed, rice, and kimchi. One of my top 5 favorite dishes. My grandma always makes this for me on Christmas but since we didn’t do anything this year she gave me a couple squid to make it myself. I’ve made it a number of times before but this is easily my best.

gonna try to dedicate the IG primarily to grilling stuff now. the traeger is so, so good.

damn ken. i just had some delicious homestyle eggs & potatoes but I guess that no longer satisfies.

 

i made french onion soup on christmas again. it was good and i didn’t document it.

 

my boyf made us some smoked salmon bennys today and i am so full but it is so good

 

My girlfriend made steaks, broccoli cakes and parsley potatoes. It was delicious. She rules.

 

roasted a chicken, roasted carrots, gravy was on point

 

It looks like a thanksgiving meal and I’m all for that.

 

I couldn’t decide between fries and onion rings so I got both

 

First big meal of the year made and finally tried my hand at bolognese with hand-made pasta. Took all day and didn’t get to sit down and eat it until like 9:30 but it was quite good, especially the noodles.

 

Damn I love me some bolognese

 

I grabbed these from Aldi because I was curious how cauliflower could be bread and it’s honestly pretty good for being mostly cauliflower? A little salty but the texture is more bread than cauliflower

 

Can never take a good photo but went a little wild with some homemade fettuccine alfredo. Added chicken, pancetta, caramelized onions, and roasted jalapeño. Sauce didn't quite blend as well as I wanted it to but still pretty solid for a first attempt
