I accidentally bought way too much cottage cheese. Now I need to find good recipes using it. I bought it intending to add it to things to increase some protein but I don't super love it as the main star. Like I'll eat it with fruit or something but am hoping to add it to pasta sauces or eggs or something idk.
Google this as I don't remember where I found it and if any of the recipes differ, but you can mix it with egg and basically make a flat bread dough out of it. (Just mix and bake). Looked really good and has gone 'viral' with a lot of people saying its really good. Then use it to wrap deli meats, veggies, whatever you normally eat in a sandwich or wrap. I've been meaning to try it myself.
How much did that run you? Looks massive with some pretty high quality ingredients. Would definitely chow down.
Hot dog. BBQ sauce, buffalo cheddar, sautéed onions, applewood smoked bacon and a kosher pickle spear.
