ehh there’s a lot of good pizza in Pittsburgh but the only places that might be considered “Pittsburgh style” are places like
Beto’s and Police Station Pizza that are square cut have cold cheese thrown on after coming out of the oven.

I don’t think I’ve ever posted my own cooking because a) I’m not very good at it and b) my dishes are never aesthetically pleasing, but I made these steak bites with garlic/shallot butter sauce from a youtube recipe and they came out pretty good. Served with rice + shrooms and pickled red onions. And yes, I use an obscene amount of garlic in almost everything I make.
