Tried stepping up my instant ramen game for lunch today with some leftover pork belly

oh that's easy. just boil your ramen noodles for 2.5 mins then add the spice packet and stir. turn off the heat and add an egg and cover with the noodles to poach it, and also add a slice of kraft american cheese. while that's happening, take a slice of leftover sous vide deep fried all belly porchetta and fry up in a little bit of hot sesame oil until heated through, about 1 min per side. after the egg white has set gently pour everything into a bowl, top with some sriracha, sesame seeds, and sliced scallions and slide the piece of pork on top. then eat with a fork because you forgot you don't have any chop sticks in the house.
