I got some delicious ribs tonight from a place that just opened near us and I want to go back already.
How does one properly cook angus beef back ribs on an IR grill that is always wanting to go 600+ no matter how low the burners are
i always start my ribs in the oven then finish them on the grill tbh. Bonus is you can cook them in the oven ahead of time and put them in the fridge then finish them on the grill the next day.
@Matt you got the beer boot too!!!!!!!!!!! I can't wait to recreate all these pictures with all of ya'll.
We unfortunately were too drunk to stumble properly over to see the little yodeling boy. Instead I spent an ungodly amount trying to win a giant stuffed dog for my wife that our cat sleeps on now. And then I ate some fries.
That’s what I keep reading. I don’t own a grill and just had my stepdads for a night so it was an impulse buy. I would’ve been better off with pork ribs tbh
We can all hang out in this area. When we went last year we decided it’s too loud and needed time outs. it’s like. A bud light area or something lol but it’s perfect. It’s high above the ruckus.
Was in a crazy rush cuz going to a show and had to throw it in again after cutting it in half but first time doing pizza
Tried out the Eleven Madison Park granola recipe and it’s pretty tasty and super easy. The olive oil balances the sweetness well. I’d definitely add a little vanilla and cinnamon the next time I make it, but it’s good for how simple it is.
I came in here to post about an amazing sauce I got at trader joes where I never shop (magnifisauce) but I see Big E talk, I fucking love the Big E. Every time I've gone, which has only been a few times, I think 2017-19 then covid ruined our usual plans. No lie, best food I've had there is the barrel pickles. I could eat those mfs all day. Also have to get cookie monster ice cream every year im there since nowhere near me ever has it in their menus.
