I’m very close to buying one. I love my gas grill, but I can’t make smash burgers and cheesesteaks on it.

put your baking steel on the grill

 

Those are nice too. I need a flat top grill next, but a Traeger would definitely come after that

I’ve already done that lol. Baking steel doesn’t hold that much and also has no edges, but it does work well

Peanut butter and jelly burgers are great.

One time my friends and I were stoned to the bone and made peanut butter and jelly filet mignon sandwiches.

Peanut butter burgers are the best. I went to undergrad at Purdue and they have a restaurant called Triple X that had a burger named after an old football player called the Duane Purvis that had peanut butter and it was like this big deal even though other places do it.

But peanut butter, white onion, pickles, and bacon on a burger is the most perfect burger. You can even put jalapenos on that shit.

 

Speaking of bacon, I made these crab cake BLTs on Sunday:
