Yooooooooo this looks fantastic!

 

Celebratory dinner. Seasoned the tuna with Korean chili powder, black sesame seeds, salt, black pepper, and garlic powder and seared it in sesame oil.

 

Crab is so delicious but man oh man is it a pain to shuck. Part of it is that I’m not very good at it, but it took me like an hour and a half to get through a dozen of them and get maybe a pound of meat.

 

I didn’t get a good picture but I made baked flounder with bread crumbs, Parmesan, garlic, lemon zest, lemon juice, and black pepper for dinner. What a tasty fish.

 

Sort of bad picture but stuffed peppers and leftover pierogies from pierogi night for my birthday! I’ll post those pictures at the end



peppers had ground turkey, Italian sausage, onion, red bell pepper, celery, corn, shredded carrot, garlic, and beefsteak tomatoes, in a roasted tomato sauce.

And the pierogies were cabbage (the crimped ones) and mashed potato & cheese
