Staying near the airport but down to travel anywhere cus it’s a quick trip but I like damn near everything food wise. Big on seafood lately.

    No worries on price range

I grew up right near the airport in imperial! But some decent places near you for cheap/bar food are mad mex and Downey’s house. The best pizza is fioris but that’s closer to downtown. Pizza Milano is good near you. For nicer places the butcher in the rye, sienna mercato, and eleven. For seafood there’s altius and Monterey bay.

Oysters from Swell Oyster Co., highly recommend if you’re ever in the NH seacoast region.

That looks good. Might give it a try. I think I would personally like the chicken better as a substitute

It’s getting colder outside so I made some beef stew:

I really like the Not Another Cooking Show guy's recipes.

Been trying to perfect the basic pasta dishes and think he breaks them down very simply with minimal ingredients.

Here's his weekday sauce on some spinach and chive fettuccine with a little dollop of ricotta.

Don't want to flood the thread with pics, but his pasta al limone recipe is probably the highest reward to lowest effort dish I've ever made. It's so fucking good.

    That looks fantastic.

I followed his pasta alla gricia method and it resulted in one of the best tasting pasta dishes I've ever had. He's great.

Nothing crazy just ground beef, peppers, and onions. Cooked the peppers and onions first in the pan and then broiled them for a bit before adding them back to the beef. Feels good to cook something I've been eating takeout so much.
