I’ve been off and on with cooking lately, but it’s nice to know that I can still do it. This is a salmon tartare inspired by Thomas Keller’s version at Bouchon Bistro. I’ve never had the dish, but I think I got pretty close to nailing it.
got a beautiful sourdough loaf at the farmers market and topped it with some eggs, parm, and a micro green salad
