Amazing. What I consider to be the best restaurant in town does this dish and it's one of the best things I've ever eaten.
I'm jealous! I wish there was a place near me locally that served it. Isn't it so good?? I've never had sumac before but it provided a nice brightness in contrast to the roasted chicken I typically make, which tends to be super savory.
I got an avocado toast from Tim Horton's this morning. It's the saltiest thing I have ever eaten holy shit. 4/10.
Kenji Lopez-Alt’s Detroit style pizza was the easiest dough I’ve ever made and easily the best. You just do it all in a food processor?
Made some chicken and rice and topped it with some sweet pickled jalapenos (from homegrown peppers). Together it was an excellent meal .
I think I've come to the conclusion that Texas Pete's is my favorite vinegary hot sauce that goes well with just about everything. They're all a little different, but I tend to reach for my bottle of Texas Pete's more than any other 'all purpose' hot sauce.
Cooking has been hard lately but I am finally getting back into it. I was in the mood for Chipotle so I made it at home--very good!
