I’m kinda shocked they’re continuing. But on the other hand, it’s the main job for all the other guys so it’d suck to have to stop that cash from flowing since they have families and all that. Interested what a new album will sound like. I assume it will be sad as fuck.
I don’t feel like it would be that weird. The first FF stuff came out like a year after Kurt died. I imagine Dave played drums on whatever they recorded if it’s actually a new record.
There was a song called Closing Time added to BMI last year that credited all 6 members. Could be related maybe? Who knows
Lolllll. What a wild apology statement from the radio station. Also, holy shit this guy really grew his YT channel!
That top comment… one of the most insensitive asshole comments I think I’ve ever seen *on YouTube*, which is saying a lot…
Scored a couple of pit tickets for the New Hampshire show earlier. Ecstatic, as this is definitely the smallest venue I'll ever see them play. I had tickets for Bangor, ME last summer. Gilford is a wonderful venue, too. Plus, me and my old bones get to avoid Boston Calling and still see them.
People love to poke at Dave as rock n' roll's good guy as if it's a corny thing but he just seems like a genuinely great guy
Dave Grohl is a huge inspiration to me personally. I'm a drummer and while I love doing that, I wanted something more so I started doing comedy and being more out front because of Dave's inspiration to do so, transitioning from Nirvana to Foo Fighters. Love this guy and always will.
I hate linking to this garbage website but the current rumor is Matt Cameron and Atom Willard will be rotating drum duty. Foo Fighters reveal major update after tragic death of drummer Taylor Hawkins
Atom is a great pick. Hope he recovered from his motorcycle accident enough for this. Love Matt as well especially from Soundgarden, although i see him less with FF. But makes sense too.
I can't believe Atom could potentially be the drummer for the Foo Fighters. That's like a dream come true for me haha.
