TINLTL Colour and the Shape Wasting Light Foo Fighters In Your Honour ESP&G Concrete and Gold Medicine at Midnight Sonic Highways One by One I don't dislike any of the least three albums, there's just not enough top-tier songs to make me go back regularly.
it wasn't just you that said it but having in your honor over echoes silence patience grace might be more unhinged than having one by one last. if we wanna talk about quantity of bad songs, that one has plenty.
In Your Honor is awesome, second disc is amazing and most of the first disc rips I like Echoes but it's mid for sure
The teacher is also dropping before this comes out. It will be out on Tuesday. It’s the song that’s 10 minutes long
this is so fucking good. he did a nearly perfect job on that. i wish i was that good at drums when i was 16 haha i love that they brought him and the Hawkins family out for this.
I've always been of the opinion that outside of TCATS and Wasting Light and a couple highlights off of some albums, they are very much a singles band
well yeah most bands 10 albums into their careers are i would say every album through wasting light has some album tracks that make them worth it but they pivoted to a singles band for the last three records. this one seems to be snapping that trend.
Still so in awe of "Show Me How." Violet's "I'll take care of everything" part just sends me. Does she have her own band?
Also, I've been suffling their discography and "Run" always kinda made me roll my eyes but that song is fucking crazy lol
The Colour and the Shape There Is Nothing Left to Lose Wasting Light [Based on singles and teasers, But Here We Are will be here.] Foo Fighters One By One Echoes, Silence, Patience & Grace Medicine at Midnight In Your Honor Sonic Highways Concrete and Gold
Unpopular opinion but I'm a big fan of the acoustic side and wish they would do something in that vein again. On the Mend, Razor, Another Round, Miracle, and Friend of a Friend are perfect songs.
The acoustic disc is amazing and the title track into "No Way Back" on disc one might be their best one-two opening punch after One By One
im assuming you mean chronologically after there, but even still, the pretender into let it die and especially bridge burning into rope take it. hell, at this point, i might take rescued into under you hah
heard Under You at the mechanics' this morning. even blasting on shitty speakers over loud metal noises that's a classic Foo joint. not listening to any more singles personally but I'm very excited for this
