"Free" literally sounds like Florence fronting Bleachers lol

 

I love the song and video but her voice gets lost in this one a bit

 

I think I'm gonna enjoy this album a lot

 

lol the second I heard that song I knew who produced it. Catchy as fuck tho.

 

Just won tickets to see her do an intimate show. Yeeee.

I'm pretty excited for this album, everything she's released so far feels like a good bounce back to me. High As Hope wasn't bad by any means, but it felt a bit like she played it safe and coasted along with what she's good at. This one so far feels like it has a burst of new energy

 

There's a ton of cool shit on this album

 

This record is very good, it makes me happy to see the songs she did with Jack are some of the strongest on the record. I was t a fan of the latest production work he had been doing, specifically that last Bleachers album.

 

I couldn't stick around for her whole set the other day, but the new songs were HUGE live. Really great stuff.

New album is dope.

 

This is very, very, very good!

 

Really glad I stuck with this until the Daffodil -> My Love -> Restraint stretch because that grouping of songs is incredible in sequence.

Otherwise, this is… ok? Making it a double album only to make part 1 very slow and ballad heavy in spots ruins the flow without adding much to the album for me in pockets, and “King” still has all of the worst elements of Jack Antonoff production (tinny, sparse, muddy) to the point where I’ll probably just start at track 2 for any future listens.

 

uhhhh... this is not a double album, haha what?? It's a normal-ass 14 track album that's 47 minutes long.

 

Isn’t there a second grouping of stuff coming out in a couple months?

edit: nevermind I think I read the bonus tracks coming out soon as a whole second album. Disregard that comment (although I still think it drags a decent bit through the middle)

 

Having my 2nd listen and I'm really really liking this. Definitely has some of the spice that was missing from the last one. Free, Dream Girl Evil, Daffodil, and My Love are my current standouts, but still digesting a lot.

 

This is her best album imo. Really blew me away today.
