This song is fucking great. I wouldn't have released it as a standalone single if I were her, it definitely feels more interludey of an album track, but it's really good

In general, the first song is pretty bleh to me but I really enjoy the second two

I thought High As Hope was decent but a little bland if I'm being honest so I'm pretty hyped for the direction this is going.

this is pretty interesting on the writing end of things, according to the current Apple/iTunes credits that are listed, 2 songs on the album are written by Florence only, 6 are co-written with Jack, 4 co-written with Bayley and then two with Thomas Bartlett (Doveman) and one with Thomas Hall (Kid Harpoon)

 

dunno when Dave became a writer for hire but I love that for him
