Interesting he didn’t continue to use Tea and Water.

 

From what he posted on instagram he made that EP specifically for his wedding/marriage, so probably why he chose not to use Tea and Water

 

one of my friends went to his wedding, said it was beautiful. Soupy did the ceremony, Forrest (of Hellogoodbye) played a song for the first dance, Empty Houses did a song for the father daughter dance. Ewan of IIOI, and all the fireworks boys were there. :))))

EDIT: did some sleuthing. The two people that received it were from the UK, so maybe they were shipping immediately over there.

I appreciate the TWIABP Illusory Walls comp. Feel like that album is very underrated.

I almost land on the opposite side of Woods II than you though. I feel like Woods is a top 5 Fireworks song, so to label one Woods II, you better REALLY stick the landing, and after repeated listens, it feels like the most rehashed song on the album, and it doesn't really do anything better for me than the original did. I still love the song, and this is still my AOTY so far, but that one falls ever so slightly flat for me these days.

Was bummed no Fireworks date in Seattle so flying to LA in 2 weeks then I get this solo set from Dave at the end of the month now

 

I will be at the LA show and most likely the OC show as well

 

Finally opened the vinyl record. The "3D" glasses were kinda cool. Also like how the original cover is the insert for the jacket.

Hoping to catch them this upcoming Saturday.
