The new songs definitely fit right in and sounded like fireworks songs live. They were so good and the crowd was also great Definitely a shorter set than I wanted/expected but as Dave said, they’re getting old lol
No Legion Hall, set is null and void. All kidding aside, I'm into it, very excited for tonight. Hope it's a solid turnout and people have some fun.
Yup, can't wait for tonight. Shorter set than I'd have thought but totally understandable. Having a great time in Chicago today too! So glad we made the trip from PA.
Cleveland was a phenomenal show. Really liked the stage show. Good, albeit short, setlist I broke my glasses like 10 years ago at a fireworks pit at Mahalls. Almost did again last night.
How many little semi jokes about people talking during his set does Creeks have to make before people shut the fuck up, I wonder?
I hate this for him, and honestly think it’s part of why Jon always seemed the most eager and willing to do B&C again. Glad it’s happening.
Chicago setlist was basically the same as Cleveland minus the encore. Prior to this show and seeing them in Detroit back in October I thought The Wild Bunch was an alright song but seeing the crowd pop off live for it makes it one of my favorites on Gospel. The new songs went over better than I expected with some crowd singing along. I hope I Want to Start a Religion and Funeral Plant stay in the rotation going forward. Manifesting Fireworks at Riot Fest this year
To be fair, in Cleveland they were definitely not planning on playing an encore, but the crowd pushed a bit hard for one haha
Oh, we were pushing pretty hard for it, but the venue immediately turned the house lights on and prompted us to close our tabs over the intercom lol
For those who were at the Chicago show, do you remember what band besides Retirement Party that Pet Symmetry said they were playing with on 5/27 at Sleeping Village?
I'm amazed at people that can sit on variants like that. I see dollar signs on the ones I don't listen to, and think, "yeah, I'd rather just have that money".
