Firefly Festival 2022 Announced

Stacked lineup, from top to bottom. Sucks to see ATL on there though.

 

Correct me if i'm wrong, I think this is the first show ATL is booked on since everything about Jack came out

 

Think they played some radio festival in December if I'm not mistaken

 

Amped to be going to my 10th straight Firefly! Love the lineup!

 

They finished their tour and then did a festival or two. They posted not long ago of them in the studio captioned something like time for LP8 on their instagram.

I've said it once, and I'll say it again - I understand pop/punk is a youthful genre, but, if a dude is in his late 20's / early 30's (and beyond) still writing about shit as if he's still a high schooler, that's always been a big'ol red flag for me. I know that might sound absolutely stupid, but boy oh boy does it creep me out.

 

I get where your coming from for sure. Remember that LOTS of musicians don't actually grow up mentally which sometimes reflects in their writing and just dumb behavior (not referring to the allegations which should at looked into, but things like kicking out windshields while driving, trashing hotel rooms, etc these people don't grow up. I think it was Gwen Stefani said something like well I started touring when I was around 18 (she said this when she was like 45) and thats all I've ever done so I never really grew up or had to grow up.

 

Went for my first time last year and would happily go every year. What a time.

 

Thats awesome, glad you enjoyed it. I live in Delaware and lucked out big time that they decided to put a music festival in our small state.
