This is, unfortunately, a sad subsection of humanity that I've seen in various anime video comments on YouTube, as well as multiple Steam game forums. If there's an opportunity for someone to be yikes, they'll take it.
a good friend of mine (who used to post on ap actually) recently tweeted about not wanting to talk about anime and shit with other adults since a ton of em just turn out to be super weird creeps into pedophilia
There is not a single visual novel game on Steam where at least one person is not asking about an 18+ patch. It's so gross and frustrating.
My power rankings through six chapters. 1. Vander 2. Celine 3. Louis 4. Yunaka 5. Alfred 6. Alear 7. Etie 8. Boucheron 9. Framme 10. Clanne 11. Chloe 12. Jean
Just finished chapter 6 (plus a skirmish and paralogue) and I’m over 14 hours now. A couple of hours probably in menus while hanging out in the Somniel.
Lmao I was like jeez how long (or short) is this game if I’m already at chapter 11, and then I get to the start of 12 and two paralogues and a few skirmishes pop up which I fully intend doing every single one of so yeah this is gonna take a minute til I can advance lol
For context I’m 12 hours in but playing on normal casual means I’ve only actually wiped once and battles don’t take all that long. It’s starting to get a little tougher though but I’m def gonna do a classic mode playthrough with perma death on to experience it I just wanted to play once where no one dies
I also spend very little time in the main base, not that it’s not good but toward the end of three houses I was zooming through or outright skipping my free time and I only just recently played that game so I’m very happy with the combat forward design of this one
Seeing Clanne that far down is wild to me. My Clanne routinely one-shots units and I'm playing on hard.
oof I am underleveled for them though lol did not notice they were a good few levels higher than just continuing to chapter 12 which is right where my rec level is (it says base level 14 but I went advance at level 11 and my advance is level 2 so that equals 13 I guess?)
finding it weird how progressing the story requires a much lower level than all the skirmishes and training side battles but maybe that changes?
Ok I’m at the level for them now. Two chapters ago I was slamming my head against “the exalt” for hours, now I just took it down in literally the first move of turn 2
I’m 21 hours in after finishing up chapter 15, but I noticed that some of the skirmishes that pop up require an advanced level, what is that again? Isn’t that like changing your character’s class or what?
You buy or obtain master/second seals, then with any character who is over lvl 10, you go to the inventory page and there should be a “Change class” option. Use master seals to change people from their base class to an advanced class, and then second seals for cross-class changes. It makes them stronger though it isn’t strictly necessary
