I’m Black Eagles, I haven’t technically finished the game yet so whatever happens immediately after the last battle will likely answer my questions

 

I think I'm almost done. I made a last minute swerve to give Dedue the ring instead of Dimitri, because he felt like a better husband who wanted to take my character to see BLOOMING FLOWER FIELDS OF DUSCUR etc.

 

For those playing Black Eagles, who did you go out of the way to recruit?

 

Mercedes and Marianne. Half my team can murder and heal.

Then went after Felix, Leonie, Annette, and Lysithea, time permitting.

 

Yeah I might get Lysithea and Marianne just because they're probably my fav characters.

But Hubert is pretty good with dark magic too. I truly haven't bonded with any of the Blue Lion house at all. Those kids seem hard to crack.

 

Finally finished! What a game. I’m looking forward to the DLC next year

 

these sound like the words of a man who isn’t about to jump into a NG+ save with a new house and I hope i’m wrong about that

 

Definitely tryna get Mercedes, our cooking sessions have been lit

 

I got Sylvain because I was able to recruit him right away. Then Marianne, Leonie, Mercedes, Felix, Ignatz, and Lysithea.

For other staff, I got Shamir, Hanneman, Manuela, and Alois.

Slyvain is a tank, btw.

 

Don’t worry I started a new game as soon as I got to the menu lol

Does your approval go down with a character if they keep declining your offer to join them? Like how many times is Ingrid gonna shoot me down

 

i dont think so. im pretty sure thats not a thing

she turned me down a lot and i still got her some time before the timeskip

 

I had this issue too with Ingrid/Casper/Ferdinand/Bernadetta/Linhardt and for some reason the game just doesn't let you recruit certain characters until after X chapter. Like you need to have their approval at a B but it literally didn't let that happen with them until I got so far into it

is it ever really worth it to spend action points on faculty training? I'm trying to figure out how best to maximize the usefulness of my points to build supports and this seems like the least effective way

 

id say it is. it got to a point where my MC was behind on masteries and couldnt advance a job

 

I did half my points on building training so i could win over more supporters and switch classes.

 

I have Shamir, Marianne, and Mercedes now. Still working on Raphael. After that, I'd like to get Lysithea and Leonie.

 

I can't think of a single male character outside of the house leaders other than Felix that I'd want tbh

 

Sylvain ends up not being a shit head haha. Also, Raphael and Ignatz are pretty nice people.

But honestly the game does a great job of having the female characters all be way more mature than the male characters. A lot like real high school haha

 

Who you all marrying? Went with Linhardt first time, think I'll go Dimitri this one
