I think I've only ever played the 1st disc of 7. How does it hold up? This would be on the Switch I'd be doing it!
I liked both FFXIII games enough to 100% both of them. Never got around to Lightning Returns, but wouldn't mind playing it if they rereleased all of them on PS4.
It's my favorite game of all time, it suffers from the same problem all PS1 JRPGs do as far as kinda wonky controls but it absolutely does not make the experience worse at all. 7 has the fast forward mechanic like 9 too. It's easily my favorite story/characters of all the FF games. I think you would love it.
I'm gonna try it shortly, that fast forward mechanic was a great addition! Steered clear of the damage "cheats" though, wouldn't enjoy it otherwise. Really looking forward to playing 7 after all the hype. Hope it won't disappoint!
Was listening to some Distant Worlds earlier, and goddamn I think XIII has some of my favourite FF music. Fabula Nova Crystallis takes me places.
FF music is amazing, To Zanarkand is one of the smoothest, calmest pieces of music I've ever listened to.
Played it a month ago, all the way through for the first time since I was 10 years old. It's held up very, very well, and the quality of life stuff in the Switch version made it so pleasant. You should definitely give it a go.
Servants of the Mountain from X is my favorite piece of music from any game I remember getting to the solo ronso fight as a kid and just letting the music play for an hour
So much FF music is amazing and I've given up on choosing favorites Distant Worlds is fantastic every time it comes to town
No news, just rumors It's heavily rumored that Naoki Yoshida the current head guy with FFXIV is doing FF16 right now
I started X for the first time since it came out when I was in 7th grade. So much nostalgia... My fiancé is liking watching me play it a lot more than VII lol. Tidus’ voice acting is cringe, but the story is still amazing.
Ultros being so low on the character list is HERESY All this really tells me is that I need to play X. Might need to buy a damn PS2 just to do that.
