It should still be there, I don't think they clean out characters, but who knows haha. Summoner is the best though especially once you get to 60, they become so powerful.
I think he said he lost his in the transfer from PS3 to PS4. I haven't played it in 3 years or so, so I'm not sure it will exist still.
Ah really? Mine transferred fine. But it's also bound to PSN name so if you've switched names since then it'll be gone. Regardless would probably not wanna resume on a level 40 character after being gone 3 years hahaha.
I would like to play XIV, just not accustomed to multiplayer games and don't want to pay a monthly fee for a game I'll play every now and then
That's the point I'm starting to reach, like with how my schedule is now if I hadn't already put so much time in it I may stop. They're great at catering to very casual players and to hardcore players but not so great for the in-betweens which is where I'm at.
I played FF XIV ARR for a while but I don't want to pay money. I'm focusing on a lot of other games right now and would rather pay one time like I have for ESO and GW2. It is really great though.
Back when I was rolling in money I paid for ARR (then Heavensward after) pretty much all up front so I'm still playing on those payments now haha
I'm jumping on board the hype train. Had so much fun in the demo. Between the tier 3 magic and figuring out stuff in the last fight....yea, sold.
Pre-ordered the deluxe edition of FF XV. Oh my god am I excited! The wait for this and Kingdom Hearts III has been unbearable (still is for KHIII)
Thinking of picking up a 3DS between now and the beginning of summer so I'll definitely give this a look!
Just found out the friend I was supposed to go with to Distant Worlds this August may not be going so I will likely be awkwardly alone. Long shot but is anyone going to it?
Side note I think it's funny that Jecht went through all of Spira as Braska's guardian and yet the gift he leaves Tidus is the worst sword in the game.
i'm in the middle of it now. it's fun but i'm getting side quest fomo real bad...i was instructed not to use a guide to avoid some earth-shattering spoiler
Well last night after half an hour of rejunctioning, and an hour and a half long final boss battle, I finally beat VIII! I'm so glad I pushed through because what an experience. Now I'll probably wait a week or two and then start up with IX, which I'm super excited for.
Nah I looked up how to do it and decided not to since it looked like a pain. I actually ended up missing Doom Train, Bahamut, Leviathan, and Cactuar, which probably would have made things much easier, but oh well.
I have played through VIII several times and have always stopped once you get control of the Ragnarok. Strategic non-grinding and abuse of the draw system takes the fun out of it.
