I should try that dungeon out. I completely forgot about it. Seems like it might make some of the bullshit dungeons easier too.
I actually landed, was getting out of the car and then the game over screen came up, just turned it off after that.
Nice poster. Is there any new or additional content? I just don't have time to replay 100 hour + games.
An international version of the game, Final Fantasy XII International Zodiac Job System, was released in Japan on August 9, 2007.[139] It includes twelve License Boards (instead of the original game's one), each corresponding to a different Zodiac sign and job. The player can control guest characters and summons and holding L1 doubles the game's running speed. There is also a "New Game+" option, a "New Game- (minus)" option (in which characters do not gain experience), and a "Trial Mode" in which the player hunts monsters in 100 different maps to gain items and money. The game also includes the western version's English voices and widescreen 16:9 support, and a bonus DVD. In June 2016, Square Enix announced Final Fantasy XII: The Zodiac Age, a high-definition remaster of the Japanese-only International Zodiac Job System, scheduled for release worldwide for the PlayStation 4 in July 2017. The Zodiac Age also includes trophy support, a newly recorded soundtrack, and improved technical performance.
I actually didn't know that this was how the game was being released. It really handles a lot of the gripes I originally had with the game. It always felt like the summons were pointless and difficult to use. Really appreciate the changes.
I played FFXII 15-20 hours worth a few years ago. Really loved it I just never finished it. Been wanting to go back in to finish it. I'll prob have a PS4 Pro by then so I may make that my excuse to pick the game up, restart it, and earn trophies in the process. Win/win.
I said it earlieri n this thread, but I really loved FFXII. I was really captivated by the style of the game. Plus the battle system is one of the best ever IMO. In other news, apparently they are releasing a bestiary for FFXV along with some other changes to chapter 13. I need to move on with the main story to see what the fuss is about.
I would love to buy one, but they are in upwards of $200 on ebay. Might as well just get the full collectors edition at that point.
Are there still collectors editions with the artbook available? I didn't think there would be but I guess some people probably didn't have their preorders go through
I don't think so. They are selling for $350 to $450. I didn't get one because I really only wanted the artbook.
There should have been a model/remote control Regalia as a collectors edition item. Huge opportunity missed. I mean, I would have loved some kind of fishing related item, but I know that's a stretch.
haha I can see how some people wouldn't like it. But come on, the detail is pretty damn impressive you must say. Most games do a half ass job on mini games... This one has fucking reels for crying out loud. Not to mention the unique fish designs locations etc. It's my favorite mini game ever and it's not even close.
That one is easy compared to some of the other fish in the game. The Regal Arapaima at the Vesperpool is impossible. I'm convinced. I haven't even gotten one down 1/4 of the way before it snaps the line.
