Got a new copy at GameStop for only $15 thanks to the sale and trading in Infamous SS and Uncharted 4.

 

Yeah, just caught it last night. It's not too tough to reel in, but it did take me about 15 minutes to hook it. There's no indicator and for me it was at the top left of the map.

The toughest fish are the carp variations. Only ones that have snapped my line at this point. I've done about half of the dungeons.

 

World of FF feels like traditional FF for sure. And it's got great colors and visuals. There's a lot to manage with your party & abilities. It's adorable too. Would def rec, so get it while it's on sale.

 

So I might be fucked. I crashed the Regalia while landing in Piotiss, I fucked the car up but it didn't explode. The problem is it's too damaged to fly (or get enough speed to fly?) so I'm stranded here. Anyone have any ideas?

 

I'm probably 20 hours in, and on Ch.5. I haven't found a single dungeon outside the main story.

 

Return to the last place you rested. Then have it towed?

 

I rested at the haven by Piotiss, so not an option. I landed rough, but didn't think much of it because all my other non-gameover crashes have just been cosmetic. So I rested and did some of the dungeon (Which I then abandoned because what a god damn clunkfest of a platformer)

I have an autosave a few hours back, so it's not a total wash. But that'll erase two levels of fishing, which were a slog since I don't like / I'm terrible at fishing. But if I didn't have that, that would erase a 100 hours of gameplay. I feel like they should have anticipated this might happen and have a logical solution / not happen in the first place.

 

Can you just have the car towed to hammer head? Isn't that an option.

 

Spent about 6 hours on World of FF and am on Chapter 7. Definitely am enjoying this a lot! Very glad I finally got a PS4.

 

Can't wait for 2.8.

 

I'm such a kingdom hearts shill, I'll be buying 2.8 and then 1.5+2.5 when it comes out even though it'll be my third time owning those games haha

I've only played a few worlds of KH1, and most of Re:coded, so I am excited to get 1.5+2.5

 

Seriously tho. KH1 is literally one of the best games. I can remember Christmas I got it. It was the only thing I asked for and the only thing I got.

I can't believe it's been 15 years. Seems like yesterday lol

 

I took two days off school when KH2 came out haha. I have such fond memories of those first two games. Still my second favorite video game series.

 

I'm an idiot. It was grayed out when I was in the car and I just assumed you wouldn't be able to tow it since it was sort of a "out of map" area. You just saved me a few hours

You should be able to access quote a few by now. The big volcano you see is a dengeon for instance.

 

Which part of the map is this valcoano? The one kinda outside that motel near hammerhead?

 

The easiest way to tell if you can access certain places is by just pulling up the map. There are certain places that are blocked off with roadblocks on the map. Th volcano is the giant circle on the west portion of the map. It'll likely be grayed out for a while. I think the enemies there were somewhere around level 30 or so. Pretty sure you can access it after the Titan stuff.

 

Most of the optional non-tomb dungeons have a pretty tough boss at the end. It's best to be level 30 or higher. I barely made it through a couple of them.

 

It's on the lower left part of the map. I can't remember the chapter I accessed it. One of Sanias quests takes you there. That's another thing... Many of the quests lead you to optional dungeons.

 

That one with the goblins that has a level 50 boss. Fuck that one.

 

Crestholm Reservoir? I actually haven't finished that one. I beat the sub bosses and gathered all the items. Figured that the main boss would destroy me so I bailed out to level up more. It's rough that you can't save before these bosses in some of the dungeons.

 

I'm not sure. I know it was the last one I did before hitting the vaults. Have fun with those nightmares.
