Fort Condor omg

 

The mini games are insane

 

The character models are so perfect

 

Just made it to the beach

 

While riding a chocobo is fun, some of this overworld music is TOO good. I'll walk, thank you very much.

 

Died to the gastropod boss twice now ugh

 

Got it on third attempt thank god too many cut scenes during the boss fight

 

Holy crap, I'm so behind all of you. I just left Kalm.. It's almost overwhelming haha. Smile from ear to ear tho.

 

Mostly have spent time in the grasslands doing all the side shit. Took a break to advance the story and start chapter 3 tonight.

 

My dumbass thought I was gonna instantly walk into the village of (me?) gongaga as soon as I reached there but the game was like, “nah, here have some MORE exploration” and I’m like, “aw shucks you shouldn’t have 333.”

anyway yeah incredibly in love with this game lol

 

Finished the Junon side stuff, ready to dive into chapter 4 proper now. Game is just so fun to play.

 

I'm at 50 hours now, think I'm going to finish today probably? I ended up just gunning down the story starting at Gongaga because man, how could I explore when I'm THERE? and then the story just kept picking up and doing interesting things so I never got around to getting back to exploring lol. I guess I'll go back and clean up the map after I finish the story.

 

I’m dedicated to doing a 100% so far but the thing that might make that slip is Fort Condor Hard Mode

I hit the start of chapter 4 before calling it and going to bed. Going to focus on side stuff first of course haha

Red XIII is OP

 

Seriously. My main party is Cloud, Aerith, and Red XIII. There's been a few times where a fight gets too hard and both Cloud and Aerith die and I take over as Red XIII and he's so tanky and survives til the end.

 

Right, his vengeance mode is so strong.

 

Whenever red goes down a ladder or rides a chocobo take a shot

 

I've actually never noticed or even thought to look at him on a ladder hahahaha. Riding the chocobo was one of the things I noticed in the original previews and I LOVED it.

 

Red during Ch 5 in his whole outfit had me in tears

 

Red is comic relief and I love it.

 

Started casually replaying Remake over the weekend and it’s been so cool hearing/recognizing the new OST, might stick with it just for that.

 

Wildlands 100%

13 hours, damn this game is big. Loving every second of it.

 

Died for the first time in battle. Not gonna lie I like the difficulty. Also when battles last and you start hitting a nice flow it feels amazing.
