Anyone change any settings they might recommend? I already changed the camera distance in and out of battle. Any other hidden gems you might know about?
Played my first round of Queens Blood.. 8 is one of my favorites because of Triple Triad. This is gonna be a problem
Walking out of the Kalm hotel, Red officially joining the party, seeing the Cactuar dancing and the music. I feel like I'm a kid again playing FF7 for the first time. This atmosphere and world building they're doing is on another level. It's what I always want from games and it never happens. I feel like they're going to deliver here and hard. Best thing I can compare it to is Harry Potter I also love how they've melded things from 7,8 and 10 from what I've seen so far. I'm sure there are other things I haven't encountered yet that they've pulled from other FF's as well.
I'm pretty basic. 7 and 8 are almost interchangeable in the top two spots and 9 will always be in the 3rd spot for me.
XII rounds out my top 3. It and VIII (and 13-2 lol) are really the only FF I replay every couple of years.
I’m trying to decide which ff I’m gonna play after this since I own them all but have only played 7 remake, 16, and half of 6. I’m gonna finish 6 for sure but I’m thinking 12 would be a good one to hit. Edit: I say I own them all but I don’t own 13. I have all the others on one platform or another.
12 (specifically the PS4/Switch version that includes the zodiac job system) is my favorite FF of all time
I’ve got the switch version which I’ve heard the zodiac system is amazing and is why I wanna try it out
I doubt you'll be on a PS2.....so the PS4/Switch version of 12 is a much superior upgraded version of the game so I'd def recommend it. The battle system and gambits, the mega bosses, it's all so much fun.
X is my favourite game of all time so that’ll always be my answer. XII has such an incredible story tho so that’s a great pick too
