I laugh to myself every time I see a post in the FFXIV subreddit asking if we'd ever get FFXIV classic to be able to play 1.0

They do NOT know what they're asking for

 

It’s funny to look back on because all the areas around the black shroud for example were all one massive combined area that was mainly empty. With copy/pasted textures everywhere and like one NPC.

 

Final Fantasy II is the worst by a considerable mile. Even with the quality of life changes in the pixel remaster it is a bore.

 

I also said FF2 for the longest time but i actually enjoyed the hell out of the pixel remaster, I mean I guess it's worth noting that 'worst' doesnt quantify as a bad game when it comes to main title FF games.

As Tides said, if you skip the side missions you should be able to do the main story in less than 20.

This final boss fight is annoying as hell. The three little mini guys get their health back between each cutscene!!!

 

They fucking separated again after you beat them fused!!!!! This is so annoying lol

 

Holy fucking shit I had to go back to the beginning after dying

 

Messing around with modding FF7, 60fps and some updated textures/lighting and it’s like a brand new game

 

Just finished, really enjoyed it besides the bullshit at the end. Will play Intermission soon but I’m really looking forward to Rebirth.

 

Honestly I found Intermissions last boss battle to be the hardest fight in both games haha

 

Stoked to try the second part of the Rebirth demo today. Trying all them synergy attacks and what not.

 

I'm not playing any of the demo so I can go in fresh but are there any incentives in the full game for playing it?
