Potential Format Update: If we don't get four more people, the format will be updated to be as follows:

Group One: Top 12 teams
Group Two: Next 12 teams
Group Three: Bottom 8 teams

Whoever draws Brazil, Germany, Belgium, or Portugal (1-4 in current FIFA rankings) from Group One will receive only one additional team from Group Two as these are technically the top four teams in the competition, technically giving you an edge. [I would listen to replacing one or both of Belgium/Portugal with one or two of Argentina/Spain/France.]

Same splits treating group two and group three as the bottom sixteen in the below winnings.

First Come, First Serve Betting Pool:

$5 buy-in; to be PayPal'd to the winner/runner-up at the end of the tournament. Will handle all of that via a group private message.

The top sixteen teams will be assigned at random. Top sixteen will be chosen by FIFA rankings. And then the bottom sixteen will be assigned at random. Everyone will have the two teams. If your top 16 team wins, you’ll get 75% and the runner-up gets 25%. HOWEVER. If your bottom sixteen team wins, you get the whole pot. If two bottom sixteen teams make the final, it reverses to the 75/25 split between winner/runner-up.

No problem! I just got promoted at work and my schedule is nuts, so I’m trying to not let it slip away from me.

I’m off Wednesday, so I’ll do the draw then to maximize sign up time.

 

Does anyone have a good printable schedule for this with local EST times.

 

Google automatically moves it to EST when I search which is how I maneuvered my schedule to make sure I could watch certain group stage games

 

Just to make sure I understand this: you’re randomly assigned a top 16 team and a bottom 16 team and if either wins you win?

The former two already available on a free from what I can tell, Rui Patricio already signed a contract with Wolves! If i'm Liverpool, I'm saving the £50million for Fekir and getting Bruno Fernandes instead!
