I'm intrigued by this perspective. He might want to leave anyway? But sometimes even the best managers have a right time to go. It seems like there was a lot of discontent behind the scenes, particularly with the way he chopped and changed at this tournament - is that down to him or the players? What level of responsibility must he take? He's been incredible - that this is the first time he's not reached at least the semis is unbelievable. But everyone has a time to step away, a time when things have got too stale.

Agree with this. It was weird how Low kinda went against what he'd done in all previous tournaments and picked names over form. They didn't continue their philosophy from the last decade or so of letting the youth players come through (SANE!), but also Low made lame decisions during the games too (Goretzka being played on the wing??? What the hell was that about lmao).

It’s been raining so hard this morning my television hasn’t had signal for an hour. Of course this happens on my day off when I can watch a game.

 

Depending on results, my top team could play my bottom team in the round of 16. (Filling out the bracket for the knockout rounds now.)

One is this game scoring over 2.5 goals. Seems like a lock so it probably won’t happen.
