Probably for the best, Panama are physical and he doesn't need to play anyway.

    I do not exist.

As soon as he picked up that knock his performance dipped significantly. I'd rather they gave him time to recover and played a fully fit player (presumably Loftus-Cheek?)

  3. I saw something about Loftus-Cheek and Rashford starting in place of Dele and Sterling.

I'd be happy with that. Loftus-Cheek looked a positive player and we need that in the midfield. Did we end up taking Welbeck in the end? I'd be tempted to play him up top with Kane.

I'd rather have Vardy on instead of Welbeck.

I think they'll go with Rashford if they decide to drop Sterling. Although, to be honest, I'd prefer Sterling to start against Panama to give him an opportunity for a good performance. Dropping him will knock his confidence.

  6. I would like to see what Vardy and Kane out there together can do.

The problem for Vardy is that Panama might well just sit right back. If there's no space for him to use his pace, then he's not likely to do a great deal. He'd probably be more use against Belgium, who will come out and play.

  8. Belgium is a beast of a team on paper. They have dynamic players at every level. Great mix of strength/power (Dembele, Witsel, Lukaku) and skill/play-makers (Hazard, KDB, Mertens). Only spot they’re weak is at LB/LWB but three great CBs and solid DMs make up for that. If they can find the chemistry they can win it all.

Being from near Leicester, that won't stop every single person in my vicinity claiming he should be starting every match. It's tiring.

Messi has been totally anonymous. Both teams, though particularly the Argentinians, are leaving feet in all over the place. Some dangerous tackles going in.

  19. Perez missing a wide open goal with Dybala on the bench was hilarious
