I've given up on trying to convince anyone, so this is just a statement, but days like this remind me why this is the best sport in the world and why the world cup is the greatest sporting spectacle in the world. Croatia Belgium game was a great example of how a 0-0 can still be thrilling, and the drama and back and forth in these 2 games is just unparalleled.

As I type this, Germany just scored. So now it's back to German fans rooting hard for Spain.
