I've no idea. According to most a handball in the build up can't cause a goal to be overturned unless it's the goal scorer. Ghana's first against South Korea for example. But for that goal Gakpo handled it, because he was pushed in the back. Then Janssen went on to set up Berghuis to score. They called it back via VAR for the handball.
